tv problem

Hi,i'm new here in supercheats.com.
Anyway,my problem in Pokemon sapphire is whenever I enter a house that has a tv it flashes but it always "DAD/MOM might like this program....."and when I exit the house and I enter it again the tv flashes again and says the same thing.Anyone know whats the problem?

P.S. I'm using visualboyadvance

Its only suppose to happen at the begiinning of the game or nothing is new on tv or you hhavent completed an assignment someone told you about.
