Is it possible to get more then 1 heart scale? The only 1 I can find is the one to the right of Mauville city!

I normal find them using the item finder , or looking in the oecen floor , but you need dive to do so.
You can use thief on luvdiscs, because they may be holding a heart scale. Alternatively, you can catch lots of them, but this is a bit of a waste of pokeballs. Hope I helped.
