Need help! How to trade pokemon in Pokemon Sapphire from Pokemon

Do anyone knows how to trade Pokemon from ruby?
When I go to the Pokemon Cable Club Trade Center, the operator say "Please wait...B: Cancel".
I waited for about half an hour but nothing happens.
I am using VBAlink cable..


Anyone?! Do anyone knows the solution to my problem?

You need a certain amount of badges I think. If I remember 2 badges is needed. If not then check and make sure it's connected right. Hope I helped and please rate my answer

I have a bad problem with this and it is really stupid.

You should either try switching the sides of the plugins, like if you have them plugged in to the game boys, then just switch them around.

Or

You should buy a new cord and use that one, just in case, if that doesn't work, then you have a problem with your game.
