Catch all Pokemon possible, battle the Pokemon Battle Tower Thing flawlessly, get all Pokemon to level 100 something, catch a Deoxys, Jirachi, Trade for every starter Pokemon, get everything in Leaf Green and Fire Red, the list goes on...

Well, first you need to beat the elite four, second you need to have completed your pokedex, third you need to have won all 5 master rank contests.
