Where do you find the dragon scale?

You must go to a certain room in meteor falls, and catch a Bagon, maybe not straight away, but soon you should catch one with a dragon scale :P
To get a dragon scale go to slateport then go by the the ferry in the water use a ssuper rod to catch horseas and after about 5 1 will be holding a dragon scale your welcome
Two ways.
Find a Horsea, located to the left of Paciflidog using a good or super rod. They don't always hold them, but after a while you should be able to find one with a dragon scale.
Alternatively, go find a Bagon in Meteor Falls. Like Horsea, they don't always hold one.
Just capture any dragon type Pokemon and see if they have any dragonscale.
I got mine from trading it to my ruby from the firered. It's on six island I think.
