I heard something called a Pokenav? If there is something by the name of this when and where do I get it from?

When you go to Rutsboro (1)Beat the gym(2)After you beat the game you'll see team magma/aqua run away and a DEVON worker (3)Follow the trail(4)Go to the route and into Rusterf(spelling) cave(5)Then talk to the president and enjoy the POKENAV!!

When you have helped the Devon coperation guy twice he will to you to the president of the Devon coperation. Keep reading and he will give you a Pokenav.
