Rayqwaza 72
Blaziken 65
Kyogre 65
Regirock 65
Latias 65
And I have room for one more, Ludicolo, Haryama, Chimecho, Shedinja and Nincada. Flygon, Altaria, Gardvoir or salamence. WHICH ONE WOULD BE THE STRONGEST AT LEVEL 65.????

Umm...move sets? If you don't tell me what attacks your party has, I can't do much for you. But looking at the preliminary post, you had better drop Shedinja, Altaria, Ludicolo, and Chimecho from the eligibility list.
I'd keep Shedinja, Flygon, Altaria and Gardevoir on the list for adding in (I really suggest Shedinja).
Put in Haryama - its good without that I rate your team 8/10 - with it 9/10!
I'll rate your team 7/10. I would put Salamence, Flygon, Hariyama, Ludicolo, Chimecho, and Gardevoir.
