Hello, unfortunately, I come bearing bad news for you. Unlike in Pokemon Emerald where you can clone as many items, and Pokemon as you want, the same cannot be said for Pokemon Sapphire. So no, there is no way to clone Pokemon, or items. You are stuck with only having one of each Pokemon, unless you want to go out and catch more, and train them. So unless you want to go out there and do all of that, then I am sorry, but no cloning. Hope this helps.

Yep, you can only clone items/Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald Version. And please stop saying that to clone, you need a ditto. That is called BREEDING, not cloning. Cloning is an entirely different thing. Hope this clears things up.

Dont listen to the three guests. They are lieing. First you can't get a ditto
Second ditto is only found in emerald, and I don't think you can trade Pokemon only in national dex to people in ruby or sapphire.
But if you have a female Pokemon you want another of just put it in he daycare with another of it's kind or a Pokemon with the same egg type(s). Thats why it is important to get a female starter. WARNING: The result of the egg will be the pre-evolution form of the MOTHER Pokemon, not father. You cannot breed a father Pokemon and his daughter and can't breed a mother Pokemon and her son.
