Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where do you fight your rival again (not Wally)?

Because I really need the data for the last evolution of their starter Pokemon and I cannot get them to fight, or even find them out of their house.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me out.

You battle May or Brendan on Route 103 during his or her Pokémon study, on Route 110 after you thump Team Magma or Team Aqua at the Aquarium, after you thump the Aquas or Magmas at the Weather Institute, and at the Lilycove Department Store, and that's it; you don't battle her after that.
