Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I'm sorry but I've forgotten to ask this in my last question.

The gym in Soothopolis City isn't open, it's locked. How can I open it?????

You have to find team Aquas new hideout and defeat them first.

Defeat/capture Groudon/Kyogre and Wallace will unlock his gym.

Hi the answer to your question is to search through the cave of origin and catch Kyogre then talk to the man outside the cave and the man outside the gym...then the door will be open for you to defeat. HOPE THAT HELPED Smile
