Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where do you get the Master Ball?

I already beat the Elite Four, caught Kyogre but I haven't got a Master ball. Where do you get it?

At your stage of the game, you can get it only by matching the ID numbers completely at the Pokémon Lottery Corner.

So many question just like this go get an AR so you can recieve infinite Masterballs!

You can find the Master Ball in the hideout of Team Aqua/Magma just above Lilycove City. It will be one of four Pokeballs inside, two of which are Electrode, so be careful.
