Question for Pokemon Sapphire

ShapeShifter409, I forgot to ask this in my last question.
1) Why give them an item to hold. My Pokemon already have items. Does mail count?

2) You mean you just picked 409? Plucked it out of thin air? THERE IS NO MORAL PURPOSE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! =-P

You should give them hold items like shell bell because they restore hp.and I told you that because you didn't tell what items your Pokemon had!
