What is the easiest way to catch Regirock plz help I have already tried many times and used ulrta balls.

Get it's health into the red health then you should make it asleep to make it easier for you to catch it.
Try a Timer Ball once the battle has been going on for some time. Of course paralyze it and get it into the red.
Get it's energy to red, make him frozen and use pokeball. It works for me and I tried it many times to prvoe it wasn;t a fluke.
I use pokeballs and not great balls or ultra balls and they work better on legendaries like that for me. Try buying pokeballs in pairs of 10 to get cheap and very good poke balls and primier balls every 10 pokeballs you buy
