Hay I'm just wondering how to catch the regi's I know where to find them but I don't have dig so can you tell me where you get dig that would be great.

It is on route 114. Go to the fossil maniac's house and talk to his younger brother who will give it to you.
Well for the regi's you need to make them very weak, try false swipe to make them go down to 1 hp. And make them go to sleep by using spore or sleep powder or hypnosis. Then throw poke' balls at them...you better stock up on all kinds it takes more than one try to catch them also save before you battle them just in case you make them faint. Well good luck.
Use dig by using a tm or let sanshrew or sandslah learn it by it's own.
