Where is Mirage Island and what Pokemon do I need to find it.

P.S:No noob answers.
I need a detailed explanation.
I need the names of these certain 6 pokemon.

And what is your problem with noobs? There is no diffenitive answer for this. Each day a random number between 1 and 386 is picked. If you have a Pokemon in your Party whose Pokedex number matches the randomly picked number, then Mirage Island appears.
