1. Where do you get the HM Dive?
2. Where do you catch Feebas and relicanth?
3. Where can you find Chimeco?

1) Hm08 Dive is at Steven's house at Mossdeep when you first see him he will give it to you
2) Feebas 
Good luck... River outside of Weather forecast fish for him... He is a little beast! Relicanth use dive and then surf in the sea weed... It takes long for both
3) The grasses there by Fortree or Mt. Pyre

Hay you get the hm dive after you go to mosdeep city then steven gives it to you.
You catch relicanth under water near sootoplis city in the grasses.
