You cant. Some people say when you breed Pokemon in the day care you can but I don't know. I think you have to have a ditto holding one and andother Pokemon in with it. When the baby hatches it should hold one (i don't know how right this is ).

The olny way to multiply a Master Ball in fire red is to use an action replay.

You can't. No cloning glitch in Fire Red/Leaf Green. You need to Trade them from other versions.
