My Kadabra is at level 32, how much more should I level it up before evolving it into Alakazam?

You have to Trade Kadabra to Evolve it.

Really it don't matter because he levels up the same as kadabra Alakazam is just stronger

All you have to do is Trade over your Kadabra to your friends game and he'll Evolve.
