Is blissey good?If it is,please tell me what attacks should I teach it.

Blissey is the same as chansey but once it evolves it looks different and some stats will go up it has barely any attack like chansey so give it strong TMs but keep softboiled.
P.s.it can learn alot of TMs mine knows focus punch,softboiled,psychic and earthquake.hope I helped.=]

Yes. It's HP will go up and it's defense will increase. Mine knows Psychic,, softboiled, earthquake, and ice beam.
