Could someone help me how do I beat the Pokemon leauge I ve got these pokemon

Charizad lvl 45
Ariel ace
Mega punch
Fire blast
Flame thrower

Exeggutor lvl 39

Egg bomb
Psychic
Giga drain
Light screen

Snorlax lvl 37
Body slam
Head butt
Hyperbeam
Rest

Lapras lvl 37
Bodyslam
Rain dance
Ice beam
Surf

Pidgeiotto lvl 27 (i don't want it so I want to change it)
Wing attack
Fly
Quick attack
Sand attack

Can you help I know they are weak help me in the moves and stuff by the this is team rating.

Well, for my opinion, besides leveling them all higher would be,

Charizard
Flamethrower
Blast Burn
Wing Attack
Strength(for moving boulders)

Exeggutor
Fine the way he is

Snorlax
You should have kept Snore instead of body Slam, because rest and snore are a good combination

Lapras
Perish Song
Ice Beam
Surf
Hydro Pump

Take out Pidgeotto for Kadabra
Psychic
Psybeam
Future Sight
Recover

Just a little hint about Kadabra, if you Trade him to another game he will Evolve into Alakazam.

Well no I don't think your ready yet you need to level all your Pokemon higher because in the elite 4 there in the 40-60's and change charizards attacks to
Slash
Wing Attack
Flame Thrower
Blast Burn
