Hi I'm new here andI want to know how to go to Islands 4,5,6,7. I'v already beaten the elite four. So what do I do?

You need to get the Ruby gem in Mt.Ember and when you get it,give ti to Celio and he should give you the raimbow pass.And you need the National Pokedex

Capture 60 Pokemon go to prof. Oaks lab and talk to him he will give you a national dex then go talk to ceilo on 1 island get the Ruby then he will give you pass to the islands. Get the Sapphire give it to Celio and you can go to 1-7 island.
