Can anybody give me specific directions to find a Delibird?

First go to Four Island and Surf to Icefall Cave. When you enter you should see a land patch surf over to it and go inside the cave there. You will see ice patches in the following room step on one of the ice patches twice so you fall down to the basement, this is where I managed to catch delibird in my version of firered.

Go to Four Island, and Surf to the cave. That's really all you need to do because Delibird is found on the FIRST floor, and the BASEMENT floor. He's exclusive to Fire Red and is rare, so keep looking.

On island four all the way to the right there is an ice cavern and you just got to keep looking.

Tis in the cave on 4 island keep walking and you will find delabird
