Can you trade with emerald?
If so can you use a ds;s wireless communication?

Yes...you can only use a Cable Link or a Wireless adapter

Yes, you can Trade with Emerald, only after giving Celio the Ruby and Sapphire gems.

You can't use DS Wireless Communication, because this isn't a DS game. You can use GBA-GBA Cables though.
