Question for Pokemon FireRed
On island 7 what are those ruin type island things that people say there are legendary Pokemon in and when I walk in it's empty and I can't figure out what to do

You have to go to Tanoby Key first and solve the puzzle. Then go to the Ruins and Unknown will be there.

Unown are "legendary," but they suck. They can only learn the move Hidden Power, >_>. You can unlock their chambers by solving the Tanoby Key, by pushing the boulders out of the way.
