In Pokemon Fire Red you can find Ditto in the various areas in which Ditto is common: Cerulean Cave, Pokemon Mansion, Route 13 & 14. Those are the places you can find Ditto in Fire Red.

To get a strong ditto you can find a strong one at the Cerulean Cave, heres some other place to find a ditto:Route 13,Route 14 and the Pokemon Mansion.
