1. Tyrouge > Hitmonchan when Tyrouge gets to Level 20 and his Attack is greater than his defence. Tyrouge > Hitmontop when Tyrouge gets to Level 20 and his Attack and Defence are Equal.
2. Trade from another version, otherwise, you can't without the use of a cheating device.
