Yes you can breed Pokemon. You need to go to Four Island. There's a breeding center there.

Yes, you can. Go to Four Island and put 2 Pokemon (usually of the same type) and of the opposite gender, and they will breed. An easier way of doing this is to get a ditto and put it in the daycare with your pokemon.

I think you can by goin to one on the islands I can't remember the specific one but it's like 2 3 or 4 and you can breed there at the Pokemon daycare

Yes...In island 4...after you beat the game...go back to island 1..do the task Celio wants you to do and you will gain acces to Islands 1-7...
