Question for Pokemon FireRed
When I go into the caves to catch the unknowns I cannot find them I have tried and tried and I still cannot find them.
Is there something I have to do because I have beaten the elite 4 both times and I do not know what to do.

1. Because you haven't unlocked them yet. You need to beat the Rockets first and do all the things needed on the Islands. Also make sure that you gave Celio the Ruby and Sapphire plates and activated the machine.
2. You need to complete the Pokedex, that's all.
