Well first things first, that took up waaay to many spaces, and don't type in all caps like seriously. And if you want to be the elite 4, youve gotta stop with Charizard now and get more on Zapdos and Articuno. Zapdos needs and electric move badly.
Thunderbolt and icebeam are too important to be missing, they take out pretty much the whole first person and the dragon guy. Psychic is also important, I suggest either dumping snorlax or pidgeotto for kadabra or alakazam.
Psychic will take out the ghost person and half of the fighting dude. Get something that can use Surf that has good special attack i.e not snorlax. Try a starmie with surf, psychic, thunderbolt and ice beam.
That is how you beat the E-4. He is a tank with a modest nature.

You should even out there levels because if your Charizard faints there isn't a really good chance that your other Pokemon could take out the remainder of the Pokemon left in you opponent's team. I'd give it a 4/10.

Bad levels, bad attacks. Pidgeotto will get killed the instant you put it into battle and so will Snorlax. All Zapdos needs is a Rock Throw from Onix. Articuno will also get killed by Onix. Charizard will gradually sustain damage though I've got to admit you managed to get it to a very high level. And Moltres will also faint with a Rock Throw. Overall: 5/10
