Yes there is i've used it and it I am 100% sure. However, it might not work because you could have a different version of action replay. The code for Deoxys is 554D9257
D0472EF8 you have to solve a puzzle when you get to him. P.S go through a door with the code on.

I don't think there is one for Deoxys but there is for other legends I think

You can use the Wild Pokemon Modifiers, but if you use it on Mew or Deoxys, they won't obey, no matter how many badges you have.
