Well if they are at level 100,they can't grow any more levels.

What do you meen evs well any way don't mean to rub it in or anything but I've got 15 lv100 Pokemon at least 30 above level 70 and probably about 45 to 50 above lv 60 thats the last I can remember ps havent played the dam thing in 4 mouths

Well they can probably get EVs but they wont have any effect because EV's work by giving one extra point per level grown per 4 EVs in any particular stat. Because Houndoom Isnt going to grow any more levels EVs do nothing at all for him. Sorry G. Maybe breed him then work hard to get it level 100 After EV training it.

Why your still EV training @ 100 is beyond me, but, you can place the Pokemon in a box in the PC, and withdraw it, it will gain the stat points regardless of level (I did it with a 45 Groudon from Ruby after Attack EV training against Paras in Mount Moon).
