I have every single other island but how do you get to 9 island? Any help please.

You have to use a cheating device like a gameshark or a action replay.

9 Island is in the game but you need to get Aurora Ticket from nintendo event and go to 9 Island or use magic door cheat with your action replay and you will be on the island and there will be a triangle follow the pattern and you will be able to obtain Deoxys here is the cheat
