I rate it 8/10. You got some bad moves on your pokemon

Hitmonchan: he's fine. Just replace Strength with earthquake if he's capable or rockslide to counter it's weakness which is flying type pokemon.

Venasaur: keep earthquake and put razorleaf, solarbeam and sunny day. If he's capable of aerial ace, put it instead of sunnyday.

Dragonite:keep icebeam and put earthquake, aerialace and dragon claw.

Charizard: keep dragonclaw and put flamethrower, earhtquake and aerial ace.

Lapras: I think he's ok!!

Jolteon:put Zapdos instead of jolteon any way keep thunderbolt and irontail put thunderwave and thunder.

8/10 instead of having giga drain on Venesaur I would have solarbeam or frenzy plant or on Charizard blast burn.

flygonlover06 answered:

I give it a 8/10
Take Cut off of Venusaur along with sludge bomb
And replace w/ sunny day+ solarbeam

Replace Strength with rock slide or rock tomb on your hitmonchan
And then youll have the best team

Jolteon Level 100

YAYZOMGITHINKILOVEYOU~! You are one of the only people I've met who doesn't use a legendary! YAYZ! *hugtackleglomp*

... 6/10. You can do a lot more with your move sets. Oh, and you get a bonus point for not using legendaries, so 7/10. ;3

Hitmonchan is okay, but try and replace Strength with something a little more flattering. Maybe a dark or bug move, because fighting's main weakness is psychic.

Get rid of Venusaur's Cut and sludge bomb. If you haven't done it already, do it now, as in NOW before someone sees you. Try and get it frenzy plant, and maybe teach it a move that would be strong against an ice, flying or psychic type to give it a bit more defense.

Dragonite is okay (even though I hate dragon types >_>). Flamethrower and ice beam are both good, reliable attacks with decent PP, and they take care of Dragonites only weaknesses. Ditch Waterfall and you're good.

Charizard concerns me. Because of flamethrower on Dragonite, I'm thinking that you should ditch one of them and get another pokmon, because they are pretty much doing the same thing here, only Charizard knows Fly. A decent moe set, anyway, but you might want to put an electric attack in there.

Lapras is also good, but you might want to kill body slam and put a ground attack in there for some resistance against electric 'monners.

Get rid of pin missile on jolteon with the same speed as described in Venusaur's paragraph. It's a dumb attack, and does virtually no damage, unless it's super-effective. Try teaching it something that will hurt ground-types, because a good earthquake/magnitude from a level 70-80 'monner will have jolteon take a dirt nap.
