Can anybody tell me how to get to saffron city I have tried everythin but I can't get there I don't hvae badges #6 and 8 can somebody help me asap thx.

Go to the bottom floor of the Celadon Mansion and get the Tea from the old lady there. Then, give it to one of the checkpoint guards.

Talk to the old lady in the mansion she'll give you a hot cup of Tea. Give the hot cup of tea to the thrusty guard who won't let you pass. Then he lets you pass after.
