Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have been wondering, I'm a little concerned about my game, I trade Pokemon with my friend who uses cheating devices on my Pokemon, and I was wondering, will it hurt MY game? Also, my friend wants to know, which hurts your game more, Gameshark or Action Replay?

It shouldn't do, no.. And GameShark is probably the worst out of the two.
