How do you move boulders at Victory Road Gate? Do you need a certain Pokemon to do this?

If you have a Pok�mon that knows Strength, press A in front of the boulder to activate the HM and just run into the boulder to move it.

Use Strength, which is a HM that certain Pokemon can learn, then simply move forward.
