Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have a few questions about where to find some power up items
1) Where do you find Magnet? I think on magnemites/magnetons, but not sure
2) Twisted spoon? I think on kadabra, but also not sure
3) Scope Lens?
4) Dragon Fang? Maybe Dratini/dragonair, need confirm

Thunderbolt
Thunder (I want to replace with something)
Return (He really likes me)
Thunder Wave
Hold: Amulet Coin (bit low on cash, but I want to give him magnet)
(I keep Jolteon around because of his extreme speed)

Earthquake
Ice Beam
Hold: Mystic Water

Hyper Beam
Hold: Nevermeltice (I have not idea why, but I want dragon fang)

Hold: King's Rock (another random item, want Twisted Spoon)

Sky Attack or Hyper Beam (undecided, please help me)
Fire Blast (not sure)

Hyper Beam
Ice Beam
Dragon Dance

Hold: I am clueless

Ice Beam
Hydro Pump
Body Slam
Psychic
Hold: Don't know, but currently Quick Claw

And I forgot to add that I'm planning to raise all my Pokemon to level 100
