Question for Pokemon FireRed

Is it possible to get other master balls to capture Articuno and Zapdos since I have already used it up on Moltres and I cannot capture them with Ultra balls, I have even tried putting them to sleep and taking away most of their health but that doesn't seem to work.

Well you could cheat to get more Master Balls, but I don't see how a couple Ultraballs can't catch Zapdos and Articuno. Just keep trying with about 3 ultraballs and you should catch them.

annefranman52 answered:

You can only get one, unless you use a cheat device. You should be able to catch the legendary birds with ultra balls, and you should have saved the Master Ball for Mewtwo.

Tom81792 answered:

No, there is only one masterball in the game, and you should've kept it to catch Mewto becuase he is going to be hard! I caught Zapdos and Articuno with an Ultra ball so yes it is possible to catch them with Ultra Balls.... But it's really hard

whiplash234 answered:

How are you going to capture Mewtwo and there is no other way to get master balls unless you have friends that are willing to Trade Pokemon holding the Master Ball from there game.

DarkGamer167 answered:

Weaken them to the red so you only see a small dab of red then put it to sleep and throw ultra balls if they wake up don't attack put back to sleep

Zelda Fan answered:

You can use a action replay to get more master balls.

You don't need a Master Ball to catch Articuno or Zapdos or Moltres just parlyse it and weaken it down to 1HP.

Hope I help

Prof. Eevee answered:

Use False swipe on Articuno (Farfetch'd or Fearow) and throw a pokeball, I caught it. For Zapdos same strategy just don't worry because other than Thunder Wave, it doesn't have electric attacks. Throw Great Balls.

Mewtwo will fry you without the Master Ball.. Good luck

Hey, don't feel down on yourself. I had the same thing happen to me man. I wasted that masterball on Moltres and had quite a bit of trouble catching Mewtwo, Articuno and Zapdos.
But let me give you the order of easiest to catch to hardest to catch :Articuno then Zapdos then Mewtwo. I caught them all without status problems involved. Articuno can be caught with a great ball on low hp, but Zapdos is another story. It is bull that 3 ultra balls are enough, it honestly took me 40 to 50 of them. Save befour the battles. Trust me, save. Zapdos took me about 3 tries but that is still about 150 ultra balls. Yeah, a hell of a lot. Mewtwo took me 10 tries. Man, it's not skill, it's luck.

human_in_training answered:

I think you can still catch them.
Just keep trying!
I caught them all with POKEBALLS and I still have my Masterball.

Save before you battle the legendary then use Ultra Balls without doing any damage. I caught Articuno on my 4th ultra ball
