Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hi there. I was just wondering if we can get more than one TM of Earthquake. Because I saw a submission regarding rating someone's team and he had both a blastoise and charizard and both knew Earthquake and we can't GIVE tms to Pokemon so it couldn't have been traded.

You get it from Giovanni or, occasionally, from a level 100 Pok�mon in your party that has the ability Pickup.

Well I want to tell you that you CAN give Pokemon TMs. It COULD have been traded.
Or the Pokemon could have been traded with that move on it.
But yes you CAN give TMs to pokemon. Select a TM and one of the options will be "give". You can select that and you can give it to a pokemon.
I looked all over the place for
Earthquake TM and could not find it in the game to buy.
They also could have used a cheating device to get more of those TMs too.

Well, i'm a jym leader(signed up on website but forgot witch one)and you could get one at the last jym(jym leader will give you it).sense I replyed you have too.so how do you move the harbor truck right to the ss. Anne!!Thank you!

Giovanni is soppose to give it to you after you beat him in a gym battle.
