Well you can't because you have to have a Wireless adopter and you need to link up at the poke center then you will find berry crush...

The Powder Jar you get from the man in the house in Cerulean City next to the house of the man that describes your badges. This stores the powder resulting from using the Berry Crusher, a programme offered in the Union Room (accessible only on a Wireless connection).
