ShadowGX answered:

1. I think you get it from Celio in the Island 1 Pokecenter after you do certain stuff.

2. Overheat is taught by TM. I think it's TM50?

3. You should've saved yur Master Ball. It's very difficult to do it with Ultra Ball, but I hear it can be done. Keep tryin'.

4. Dragon Claw is indeed a TM. I have no clue which one though.

Excel answered:

1) Give the Ruby to Celio and he will give you the Rainbow pass which allows you to go to islands 4, 5, 6 and7.

2) Charizard does not learn Overheat. But you can use TM50 on it, (TM50 is Overheat.)

3) To increase the chance of capture you could Paralyze or make Mewtwo fall asleep.

4) Dragon claw is TM02, a Pokemon cannot learn Dragon claw without using the TM02.

Alrite, lets have a look,

1. Tell your mate to keep going through the game and he will get it. Thats the point of playing it.

2.I taught my Charizard Overheat from a TM so I don't know if he learns it naturally later on

3.just save it before hand, have Pokemon that are effective, and keep trying, you will catch him eventually.

4. Its a TM, I think if you have Ruby, the Move tutor can teach it to a Pokemon that is capable of learning it aswell, I only know where to find it on Ruby(Meteor Falls)

ShadowDemon1892 answered:

1) you have to beat the Elite 4, get the national dex, and get the Ruby.

2) It doesnt learn it you teach it to it, it's TM 50

3) you have to not only get it's hp down you have to freeze him or make him fall asleep.

4) It's TM 02, you get it in Victory Road.

gamemaster91735 answered:

Hey there. I forgot how to get the ticket to island four. i think it is about getting the stuff for the time machine on island one.

After you get all of those, you SHOULD get a rainbow pass that lets you go to islands, 4, 5, 6, and 7. I haven't playedf this in a long time, but you should acess all of the islands.

2: I dont think that he can learn it.

I thought you get it at level 50 :-|.

3: Catch Mewtwo by getting him asleep. I caught him with a pokeball. He was asleep with 1 HP left. Trying getting the highest level pokemon, then try catcching him. It will make it a lot easier.

4: Dragon claw can be a TM and Raquaza can learn it. Charizard can but you must teach him, he cant learn it on his own. I hope i helped in some way!
