How to get out of Seafoam Island in Pokemon Fire Red?

1. Make sure you have a Pokemon with HM Strength with you.
2. Enter the cave, and use HM Strength to push the boulders to the hole on your right.
3. Go to the other side and push that other boulder into the hole once again.
4. Don’t go to the ladder, go back to where the first hole dropped down.
5. After you go up the opposite ladder and the second boulder is set, use Surf toward your left.
6. You will find a similar puzzle toward the south,
7. Find a way to get boulders in each two holes. If you accidentally drop two boulders into the same hole, use the ladder to bring you back up and try again.
8. Once the boulders are in the right place, you can drop down one of the holes and use Surf to fight Articuno.
9. After catching Articuno, go back to the ladder you just passed and take it up. You should now be on the level where you pushed around the four blocks.
10. Go south, but don't take the ladder you see there.
11. Go east and north instead, then descend the steps into the water and swim over to the right.
12. Walk up the steps and go south to find a new ladder to find your way out.
