Question for Pokemon FireRed

I want to know if you can go into a place called the Cave of Origin, I know that's in Ru/Sa/Em, but I bought a guide to Fr/Lg and it says that you can catch Miltank in the Cave of Origin. I don't know if the guide is a fake, but it does have a lot of true stuff. So, if you can go to a place called the Cave of Origin, can you tell me how and when? Do you think they mean Altering Cave? Tell me ASAP because I really want a Miltank!!!

Take the guide and burn it. Cave of Origin is not in Fire Red or Leaf Green, and you must either import Miltank from Colosseum or transfer it from Emerald (where it will be found in the expansion north).
