I just finally found one the legendary dogs and I didn't know that it runs..

Question for Pokemon FireRed

I just finally found one the legendary dogs and I didn't know that it runs away. And it did so I turned the game off then on then I went to the same spot where it was, saved the game and it appeared again, but this time I used a wobuffet and killed it by mistake. I turned it off then on then I went to the same spot and it didn't appear so I tryed again and still didn't appear. Can somone tell me why?

When you found it in the same place for the second time it was just by luck. Normally, every time you turn your gameboy off and then on again, the legendary dog will have moved to a different place. You shouldn't have turned your game off after it ran away, because once you have encountered it, the area of the dog will be on your Pokedex, and you can keep track of where it is. You should have saved the game after it ran away. Now, you'll just have to keep looking until you find it again! Tough luck!

There is a little chance of finding a legemdary dog. So because you switched the game off you were very lucky to find it again. It would be very unlikely to find it again in the exact same spot.

Cause if you switch off the game boy it moves mosttimes to a different place


I also caught a suciune using hypnosis,false swipe and a net ball
