Please PLEASE tell me how to get deoxis or Mew or jirachi PLEASE or if you can't tell me tell me where to purchase a action replay?

Hi, you can't get Deoxys, Mew, or Jirachi without cheating unless you go through a Nintendo Event. You can get one by using a Gameshark, E-Reader, Action Replay (its what i have), or any other cheat device. You can probably get one at a FUNCOLAND, EB GAMES, TOYS-R-US, GAMESTOP, or at a mall in a game store. They go for only about $15.00-$50.00. I got mine for $30.00!
