It really depends on what Pokemon you want to raise. Say you like a certain one. Raise it! Say you like fearow(this is only an example) find an ice, electric, rock or steel to blance the type

The Strongest Pokemon as far as their Attack are: Dragonite, Machamp, Kingler, Rhydon, Flareon, Pinsir, Gyarados, Hitmonlee, Kabutos, and Arcanine..
Special Attack: Mewtwo, Alakazam, Genger, Exeggutor, Zapdos, Moltres, Kadabra, Magneton, Haunter, and then Jnyx. However this doesn not make them the all around strongest Pokemon.
