Ok here is how you do:

Go to 4 island and go up. You will see a man standing next to a house, go to that house, there stands a old lady, talk to her and she will ask you if she can take care two Pokemon for you, answer.yes you can raise two Pokemon here eks.
A ditto and a eevee. The Pokemon will breed after a while.
After that: you got youself an egg enjoy! C",)
