Let me add on to something there or other islands to get dexoys, HoHo, and Luiga, but you need to use a action replay or gameshark to get them.

You need some sort of cheating device, such as e-reader, AR (action replay), or gameshark. You have to put in a code for it.

To get to 8 island you need the Mystic ticket and to get to 9 island you need the Aurora ticket. To get them you need to go to a Nintendo event or have cheat system.
