Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have messed up my game using a gameshark code, like I enabled the infinite balls of all kinds code, and then the space for key items in my bag is full of balls, so I can't get more key items like the car key (which I need to fight the rocket team on silph co.)... I want to know if there's a way to delete key items please!! (Btw, I'm playing using visualboy advance)

You'll have to restart your game. Some codes like these are unrepairable by other codes meaning you'll have to start over since your bag's been screwed up.

I have gotten the same I found a us cheat and it deleted all my cheats and when I make a new one it deletes it when I go in the game

Start a new game. Before that, disable and delete the cheat codes that screwed you up. My case: I had the 100 catch rate cheat, and the modifier cheat and the rare candy cheat. I could have just bought pokeballs from the mart. Buti got greedy, used the infinite pokeball cheat, and screwed my game. I had to restart.

Delete your cheats and load the game before you added the cheats
