You find ditto in Cerulean Cave where Mewtwo is.
But to have access to the cave you need tobeat the pokemon league then get the National Pokedex then find the Ruby and saphire gems then take them back to Celio on 1 island.
Then you may challenge the pokemon league again then when you beat them then you have access to the cave, where Mewtwo is and where there are dittos but have to get obove the floor where mewtwo is.
Then walk around until you find one plus theres some kadabras is lv: 67 that are strong I got one evovled it alkazam.
Anothor place where theres ditto is first go to fushia city then head east youll see some trainers, but you don't have to battle them.
Keep going, then go north there's going to be like this maze then at the end if you saw a tree, Cut it then youll see grass there is more dittos there bye.
